Shumalia Food

Shumalia Food is a small family business that was created within Wemin project. Pakistani mother and two daughters, cook and sell pakistani food for small events. Their chicken samosas are already praised by many, as the best in Lisbon.

After participating in the communication and image empowerment sessions, they had the responsibility to organize and dynamize, autonomously, a food stall at Renovar a Mouraria´s  Arraial Composto. They also organized a cooking workshop (learning to make samosas) for PWC Portugal employees (Price, Waterhouse and Coopers).
